{"id":9389,"date":"2018-04-08T13:55:22","date_gmt":"2018-04-08T21:55:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/willdoherty.org\/wordpress\/?p=9389"},"modified":"2018-04-08T13:55:22","modified_gmt":"2018-04-08T21:55:22","slug":"happy-and-sad-lists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stardustdoherty.org\/?p=9389","title":{"rendered":"Happy and Sad Lists"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I will keep adding items as they occur to me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Things that make me happy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eating breakfast sitting on my sunny front porch<\/li>\n<li>Making love \/ feeling loved \/ expressing love to someone who adores it<\/li>\n<li>An excellent conversation<\/li>\n<li>A delicious meal<\/li>\n<li>The sense of accomplishment at a task or project well done<\/li>\n<li>A cool breeze on a warm day<\/li>\n<li>Harvesting food from my garden<\/li>\n<li>A just-cleaned home<\/li>\n<li>A clean, warm towel<\/li>\n<li>Clean bedsheets<\/li>\n<li>Myself or someone else growing to their full potential<\/li>\n<li>A kind offer of assistance, given or received<\/li>\n<li>A heartfelt apology for wrongdoing, given or received<\/li>\n<li>Returning home after a journey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Things that make me sad:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leaving a much-loved person or place<\/li>\n<li>Being ill<\/li>\n<li>Feeling alone<\/li>\n<li>Injustice<\/li>\n<li>Untimely or unwarranted death<\/li>\n<li>The ravages of unbridled welfare capitalism<\/li>\n<li>Evictions<\/li>\n<li>People who convince themselves they aren&#8217;t worthy (unless it&#8217;s part of a kinky scene)<\/li>\n<li>People who underestimate themselves or others<\/li>\n<li>People who can&#8217;t see beyond the box they are in<\/li>\n<li>Unfairly judging people on personal characteristics such as race, gender identity, sexual orientation, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I will keep adding items as they occur to me.
